Terms of Service

ANGL BEATS (“we”, “us”) operates an online store selling and licensing musical instrumentals (“beats”) and sound kits. By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The site is published by Prod. Angl, sole trader (SIREN 105 736 086). See our legal notice for full publisher and hosting details.

You may browse and purchase as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address so we can deliver your files.

Each beat is offered under one or more licenses (Basic, Premium, Unlimited, Exclusive). The rights you receive — file formats, streaming and distribution limits, commercial use, and whether credit is required — are defined by the specific license you purchase, as shown at checkout.

Exclusive purchases remove the beat from sale; all other licenses are non-exclusive, meaning the same beat may be licensed to other customers. Licenses are granted to the purchasing individual or entity and may not be resold, redistributed, or sub-licensed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are charged at the moment of purchase. You authorize us to charge the total displayed at checkout.

Products are delivered digitally. After payment you receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page. Download links are time-limited and capped to a number of downloads for security; if a link expires, contact us at prodby.angl@gmail.com.

Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been made available, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a clearly defective or duplicated charge. Contact us with any billing issue and we will review it in good faith.

Unless an Exclusive license states otherwise, ANGL BEATS retains ownership of the underlying composition and master of each beat. The site, its branding, and its content are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You agree not to abuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its files. Preview audio is provided for evaluation only and may not be redistributed.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
